Post: WASH and Resilience Coordinator 

Fixed term employment until March 2022 based in Surkhet with extensive travel to Dolpa, Jumla and Kalikot Plan International Nepal's new country strategy is designed to deliver significant change for girls, boys, women and men putting special emphasis on gender equality. The program has strategic approaches of transferring skills to girls, boys, women and men for protecting from and responding to disasters, strengthening organizational capacity to respond to medium scale and mega disasters, and increasing demand for improved behavior and quality WASH service provision, and strengthening governance and institutional framework of the WASH sector. The program aims to develop and implement gender transformative approach which goes beyond equal access and participation for girls, boys, women and men but using the interventions to contribute to greater gender equality, inclusion and empowerment
