Job Position: STUDENT COUNSELLOR

Job Location: Office + Remote Based

Requirements 

Deliver the counselling program to the students

Good telephone etiquette

Excellent computer skills 

Regular follow ups to students 

Convert leads into actual customers 

Achieve specified targets on time 

Analyze progress; determine eligibility, necessity and resources to progress towards the target

Identify the current and potential needs or problem areas and work to resolve them with available resources

Should posses good customer service skills

Should have logical & analytical thinking 

Ability to work under pressure to deliver results

Should have excellent documentation and computer skills 

Ability to use Software/Applications will be a plus point

Good social media handling skills will be a plus point

Education & Experience

Conversant in written and spoken English

Must have minimum 1 year working experience

Good communication skill

Positive attitude with pleasing personality

Bachelors Degree, Good candidate with +2 having experience can also be considered
